Dr. Connelly is originally from Homer Glen, IL and is excited to be serving the Fort Collins area. She graduated with her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Missouri St. Louis College of Optometry, and is ready to assist you with your visual needs. In her free time she enjoys exploring national parks, skiing, gardening, and baking.
