Brent Dibert, MD
Dr. Deibert grew up in northwest Kansas spending each summer on his father’s custom harvesting crew cutting crops from the Texas panhandle to the Dakotas.
After playing football at Garden City Community College and Kansas Wesleyan University, he earned his dual undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from Kansas Wesleyan University. After college, he spent four years in wildlife biology on both coasts of the United States before entering medical school at University of Kansas. He then went to the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he completed his ophthalmology residency. He then moved to Winston-Salem North Carolina for his surgical retina fellowship at Wake Forest University.
After fellowship he was presented with the amazing opportunity to move to the Denver area to be close to family. Dr. Deibert is excited to be a part of Denver Eye Surgeons and provide retina care to Lakewood and the entire Denver Metro Area. His hobbies include weightlifting, rock climbing, hiking, and snowboarding.
